Think of this as your healthy eating starter kit. Start your days with some chia seeds and locally made gluten-free granola, then maybe some cashew butter or coconut manna (or both!) on a piece of toast. For dinners: organic olive oil and soy-free seasoning sauce, Lundberg basmati rice and the best quality salt we could find (it's from France, so it's got to be good). We also threw in some Eden organic refried black beans because it's such an exceptional product and so versatile. And of course some artisanal loose-leaf teas from Tea Sparrow.
